Delhi Sealing : No sealing operations in special zones

The redevelopment scheme for special zones as defined by the Delhi Master Plan 2021 by February next year and there will be no sealing operations there.According to Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
“The redevelopment scheme of these areas will be prepared by February 7, 2010. As per law, status-quo shall be maintained in the special area,” According to Vijender Gupta,Chairman of Standing Committee .Karol Bagh and contiguous area has been declared as special area, he said.
“The Master Plan has recognized that some areas needs special treatment as it cannot be developed on the basis of normal regulations,” he added.
